Part 3, Chapter 70 Summary: “Joyce”

Joyce, Elizabeth, Stephen, Ron, Pauline, Ibrahim, Viktor, Bogdan, and Mike are at Henrik’s house in Staffordshire. Joyce journals, comparing how Ibrahim figured out the identity of Carron Whitehead to how she discovered the identity of Michael Gullis. The identity of Robert Brown remains a mystery. Stephen is excited to tour Henrik’s library. Andrew is on his way to Staffordshire. Joyce has left a new resident, Mervyn, to watch Alan while they are away. Joyce has a crush on Mervyn and clarifies that, unlike her previous crush, Mike, Mervyn is heterosexual.

Part 3, Chapter 71 Summary

Andrew arrives at Henrik’s house. They have been exchanging emails. Henrik shows Andrew his library, and Andrew admits that he likes writing books more than reading them. Henrik asks Andrew what he wants.

Part 3, Chapter 72 Summary: “Joyce”

While Andrew and Henrik talk, Joyce and the others hide in a staff kitchen and watch a live feed of Andrew (Henrik is off camera). Joyce notes that Henrik’s changes to her crypto account made her a large amount of money. Elizabeth had given information about Henrik to Andrew, who believed that the information was between the two of them. Andrew was behind the VAT fraud, killed Bethany, and blackmailed Jack and Heather. Joyce figures out that Michael Gullis is the name of a character in one of Andrew’s books.
