After meeting with Liam’s lawyer, Erika goes home and takes a Xanax. When she retrieves it from her nightstand drawer, she finds a picture of her father, whom she initially mistakes for Liam. She is shocked by how similar they look and wonders what else Liam has inherited from her father. Erika calls her mother, who worries Erika is angry about the news regarding her father. At Erika’s request, her mother tells her that her father was charming, manipulative, and self-absorbed. He could be cruel, and she asserts it was probably better that he wasn’t around during her childhood. Erika calls Frank and asks him to find her father.
Olivia continues building a mound to stand on for her escape. Because she’s so weak, she struggles to build it effectively. She realizes a bone from Phoebe would be more efficient than the empty water bottle she has been using. She begrudgingly picks up a bone, promising she will get out of the hole to get justice for herself and Phoebe.
Erika is working on a story for the newspaper when she hears a crash from the kitchen. She goes to investigate and finds a brick, on which someone wrote “MURDERER,” thrown through the window.
